Framework Agreement for the Supply of Reagents and Consumables Necessary for the Molecular Diagnostics Department within the Medical Analysis Laboratory of the Regional Institute of Oncology Iasi, 36 months Minimum and maximum quantities, values related to these, and other information regarding the implementation of the framework agreement are set out in the Terms of Reference + Annex - Technical Specifications - Min Max Quantities and Min Max Values. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 15 days, in accordance with Article 160 of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, by the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
