The subject of the contract is: "Granting a long-term loan of 12,500,000.00 PLN to the Municipality of Tarnów to cover the deficit and expenditure of the municipal budget for the year 2026" on the following terms: The loan will be drawn in tranches, the amount of which will be notified by the borrower in a written instruction to initiate the loan tranche, so-called "on demand", with the last tranche to be credited to the bank account no later than 31.12.2026.
