Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Piribedil, ATC N04BC08 für die Zeit 01.07.2026 - 30.06.2028

Section 130a (8) SGB V enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly conducts substance-related, formal tendering procedures in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. For pharmaceuticals to be specified by the bidder in Annex 2 to the contract for the aforementioned substance Piribedil, ATC N04BC08, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude pharmaceutical rebate contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new pharmaceutical rebate contracts come into force. A rebate contract under the authorisation model for the aforementioned substance will come into effect for the first time on 01.07.2026 and will end on 30.06.2028. It will automatically end, regardless, with the coming into force of the exclusive contract.
