The subject of the procedure is the award of the following planning services for the construction area "Nördlich Hallweg": - Basic services for site planning according to § 39 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 11.1, in phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9. An optional subject of the advertised service is also the special services "Supervision of development and maintenance care for 3 years" and - "Local construction supervision". A phased assignment is intended, but there is no entitlement to further assignment.
