Belgium – Measuring instruments – Isolatiemeters en Fase-Identificatietoestel

In this tender, three types of insulation meters are being procured in lot 1: 1000V, 5000V and 25kV. These devices are used to trace cable faults in case of failures and to test newly installed cables and joints. In lot 4, a phase identification device (also known as a phase colouring device) is being procured. This is a measuring device that helps determine which cable or conductor belongs to phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3 in a three-phase high-voltage network.
