France – Agency fuel cards – Fourniture de carburants, recharge de véhicules électriques et prestations connexes par cartes accréditives, de GNR et d'essence alkylate pour les véhicules utilisés par les services de la Commune de Miramas

This framework agreement concerns the supply of fuels by accredited cards for the municipal vehicle fleet and machinery, at the contractor's distribution stations, as well as access to ancillary services (toll cards, washing, vacuum...), the supply and delivery of GNR (non-road diesel) fuel for the machinery of the fleet as well as the supply of Alkylate unleaded fuel. Framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum amount per period and for each of the lots, awarded under the provisions of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount is specified in Article 4 of the commitment deed of the relevant lot. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 1 year from the date of contract notification. A work order will prescribe the commencement of services. The consultation is divided into 4 lots:

Lot 1: Supply of fuels by accredited card and related services on the regional network

Lot 2: Supply of energy (fuels and electricity) by accredited card and related services on the national and international network

Lot 3: Supply and delivery of GNR (non-road diesel) fuel - Delivery in tank

Lot 4: Supply of Alkylate unleaded fuel for municipal services (Delivery in canister)
