Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1663_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung Hydraulikbaugruppen des Systems TPz 1 Fuchs

The contract covers the overhaul of hydraulic assemblies of the TPz 1 Fuchs system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information on the respective lots is derived solely from historical values and estimated requirements, and may include any additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate in terms of the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity (estimated requirement + safety margin) summarized in the relevant lot. This contract does not oblige the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2029. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to optionally extend the framework agreement until 31.12.2032. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
