Nordstjernens Familiehus aims to provide the best framework to support families with children and young people who are mentally ill and in treatment for shorter or longer periods and to bring the family back to everyday life after admission. Therefore, the task is offered as a restricted tender for total consultancy. The task includes early contractor involvement, whereby the Consultant commits to entering into cooperation as outlined in the Client's Collaboration Model according to Annex 4 with the Client and main contractor to ensure cooperation in the implementation of the task. The task is carried out in two main phases: the project development phase and the implementation phase. The project development phase includes disposition proposal, project proposal, authority project, tender project and implementation project. Between each step there are agreement points, which must be approved before the next step is initiated. The Consultant's deliveries and fees for the upcoming agreement step must be clearly stated at each approval step. The project development phase is completed when the main contractor submits a fixed-price tender for the implementation and the total consultant's supervision, which is within the budget framework. The final initiation takes place upon the client's acceptance of the contractor's tender, after which the last phase – implementation – begins.
