Framework agreement for the maintenance and repair of "Videray PX1 portable backscatter X-ray imaging devices (5 units)" for the NAV, as follows: The maintenance and repair of the Videray PX1 devices operated by the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) on a quarterly basis and as needed. The agreement covers the preventive maintenance required to ensure the continuous operability of the devices, as well as the repair of unexpected malfunctions, under the conditions detailed in the Technical Description. The service includes scheduling and performing maintenance work, providing necessary documentation, and replacing parts up to a specified value limit. The contract value is 54 800 000,- Ft + 27% VAT, that is, fifty-four million eight hundred thousand forint + 27% value added tax (14 796 000,- Ft, that is, fourteen million seven hundred ninety-six thousand forint), gross 69 596 000,- Ft, that is, sixty-nine million five hundred ninety-six thousand forint. The Contracting Authority commits to a drawdown obligation up to 70% of the contract value. The NAV currently operates the PX1 devices at the following border crossing points and customs inspection points: Röszke, Tompa, Záhony, Beregsurány, Tiszabecs. The maintenance and repair service must ensure the reliable operation of the devices at these locations. The maintenance service provider (winning bidder) must take into account the geographical distribution of these locations when planning deliveries and interventions, to minimise disruptions to the official activities conducted there. The precise technical parameters of the service are detailed in the technical description, which is part of the procurement documents (hereinafter: KD).
