The Municipality of Rijswijk intends to conclude one or more contracts for the supply, implementation, management and maintenance of SaaS solutions for the Social Domain. The tender is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers Participation, Income, Work, Integration and related regulations. Lot 2 covers Wmo, Youth, Social Team, GPK/GPP and Care & Safety. The assignment includes, among other things, making the solution available, implementation, migration/conversion of data, hosting, interfaces, support, management and further development. The estimated size per lot is as follows: • Lot 1: the application within this lot currently has approximately 110 users; • Lot 2: the application within this lot currently has approximately 122 users.
