The subject of the present procurement is the supply of scientific equipment – P12 Thermal Characterisation Equipment, including delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, staff training and related services (maintenance and technical support), as follows: Lot 1: Supply of Integrated Thermal and Thermomechanical Analysis System Lot 2: Supply of Advanced Rheological Analysis Equipment Lot 3: Supply of Calorimeter Full details regarding the products, ancillary operations and related services that are the subject of the present procurement, relating to each lot, are set out in the Book of Works, including its annexes, an integral part of the Award Documentation. FOR EACH LOT SEPARATELY: The objective of the Contract to be awarded by the Contracting Authority, relating to each lot separately, is to equip with scientific research equipment – Thermal Characterisation Equipment, necessary for the research facilities of the Hub at Murighiol, of which the operationalisation is the responsibility of the Contracting Authority within the project PCIDIF “CENTRUL INTERNAȚIONAL DE STUDII AVANSATE PENTRU SISTEME FLUVII – MĂRI DANUBIUS – RO”, cod SMIS 304273. Number of days before the deadline for receipt of Tenders during which Tenderers may request clarifications: 20 days. Number of calendar days before the deadline for receipt of Tenders by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification and/or additional information received from interested economic operators: 11 days. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP.
