France – Repair and maintenance services of playground equipment – ACQUISITION ET INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE PRÉVENTIVE ET CORRECTIVE, ET CONTRÔLE ANNUEL DES ÉQUIPEMENTS ET MATÉRIELS D'AIRES COLLECTIVES DE JEUX SITUES DANS LES ÉTABLISSEMENTS SCOLAIRES ET DE LA PETITE ENFANCE DE LA VILLE DE LEVALLOIS

The present contracts concern the acquisition and installation, preventive and corrective maintenance and annual inspection of equipment and materials for collective play areas located in the schools and early childhood establishments of the City. The present contracts are subject to the Public Procurement Code. This document is referred to by the terms "the Code" throughout the tender documents. Classified as service contracts, they are subject to the provisions of the CCAG "Current Supplies and Services" approved by Decree of 30 March 2021. They are awarded under the open tender procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. The present contracts constitute a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. Each of the contracts will be awarded to a single contractor for a maximum period of three years, including renewals. As an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not limited. The maximum value of the contracts is set at 1 680 000 euro(s) VAT excluded over the total duration of the contracts, including renewals, with no minimum amount.
