The subject of the contractor's (AN) service is the management of parking spaces with parking ticket machines (PSA) on public road land. The AN must carry out the management in such a way that the requirements of safety and order are met in accordance with legal provisions and the rules of the art. 1.1 The location of the services is the management area Berlin Tempelhof-Schöneberg, in the management areas City-West with zones 9 and 17, Friedenau with zones 26, 27 and 28, Schöneberg Nord with zone 55, the eight newly established zones 84 to 91 within the S-Bahn ring and Tempelhofer Damm with zone 92. The zone 97 in Friedenau is expected to be added by the end of 2027. 1.2 The management is to begin on 01.10.2026, but no later than the contract conclusion. 1.3 Existing PSA stock At the beginning of the contract, the 1,178 PSA currently installed are to be taken over by the current manager on behalf of the AG and continued to be managed without interruption. It is planned that a total of 312 parking ticket machines in zones 9, 17, 26, 27, 28 and 55 will be replaced with new PSA during the course of 2027. The PSA are the property of the State of Berlin. 1.4 The AN takes over the PSA stock as inspected and continues the management without interruption. 1.5 Equipment features of the PSA All existing PSA are operated via solar energy, they have an internal solar module. The PSA Strada Transfer by Flowbird Deutschland GmbH (Flowbird) are emptied using handheld emptying devices, the PSA Citea Pin by Hectronic Vertriebs- und Service GmbH (Hectronic) using exchange cassettes.
