France – Sewage work – Marché de conception-réalisation pour la réhabilitation et l'extension de la station d'épuration de Pierrefonds et du poste de refoulement de Balance.

The contract concerns the rehabilitation and extension works of the Pierrefonds wastewater treatment plant, including:

- The creation of a 3000 m3 stormwater basin on the site of the Balance pumping station

- The rehabilitation of the Balance pumping station or construction of a new structure

- The laying of two Ø500 refoulement pipes and the removal/refurbishment of a degraded Ø500 cast iron pipe and a degraded PRVØ600 pipe

- The extension of the Pierrefonds wastewater treatment plant to 225 000 PE, including the deconstruction of non-reusable structures and the rehabilitation of retained structures

- The implementation of tertiary treatment

- The implementation of a recovery station for external materials

- The laying of a new sea outfall and the removal/refurbishment of the old outfall

- Operational assistance

As an optional tranche, the following is requested:

- The implementation of a sludge methanisation unit and cogeneration

- The implementation of a quaternary treatment to meet the requirements of the new DERU2

- The disinfection of treated waters
