Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy invites interested candidates to submit an application to participate in the dynamic procurement system being established for the maintenance of outdoor areas. Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy provides outdoor area maintenance services for properties owned by the City of Tampere, located in the Tampere sub-region. Tilapalvelut will tender the maintenance of outdoor areas for approximately 100 sites on a zonal basis among those participating in this system. The duration of the tenders will be from six months to one year, after which they will continue indefinitely. Tilapalvelut aims for the partnership obtained through tendering to be long-term. In addition to quality, the prerequisites for achieving this goal are smooth cooperation and a willingness to develop outdoor area maintenance services with the client. Tilapalvelut values customer-oriented operations, taking into account the needs of customers and the specific features of the sites. The dynamic procurement system is a two-phase process. In the first phase, the dynamic procurement system is established, and in the second phase, the outdoor area maintenance services included in the dynamic procurement system are tendered through internal tenders within the system. The tenders will be organised approximately once a year. The grounds for the overall economic advantage of a procurement made within the dynamic procurement system will be specified in more detail in the tender invitation. All candidates who meet the eligibility requirements can join the dynamic procurement system for its entire duration, and all candidates accepted into the procurement system can submit bids for the tenders. NOTE! Registering for the system does not bind the candidate or oblige them to participate in the actual tenders. However, joining is a prerequisite for participating in the tenders. In addition, it is required that the eligibility conditions specified in the procurement documents are met.
