The subject of the procurement is the joint purchase of four main transformers, delivered and installed in the Oulu, Ii and Haukipudas areas. The supplier is responsible for the design, testing, installation, commissioning and acceptance of each delivery in accordance with the tender and its annexes. The scope of the procurement and the subject of the contract are described in more detail in the tender and its annexes, which will be distributed separately to the bidders participating in the procurement.
