Poland – Ambulances – Dostawa 5 sztuk ambulansów medycznych typu C z wyposażeniem

Supply of 5 type C medical ambulances with the following equipment for each ambulance: I. Main stretchers and main stretcher transporters II. Defibrillator The subject of the contract is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the description of the requirements of the contracting authority in terms of implementation and acceptance are specified in: the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), the contract template (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ). The SWZ takes into account the requirements in terms of the conformity of ICT solutions: If the subject of the contract includes or may include an ICT product, ICT service or ICT process, the Contractor is obliged to offer only such ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes, which on the date of submission of the offers: are not indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20 and 252), stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of the security of the state; do not include an ICT product, the type of which has been determined in a decision on recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or an ICT service, or ICT process, specified in that decision. If it follows from the content of the offer, documents submitted with the offer or explanations of the Contractor that the offer includes the above-mentioned solutions, the offer is subject to rejection on the basis of Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Pzp Act.
