The Tourism Agency Schleswig-Holstein GmbH (TA.SH) is tendering for the management of a digital agency in the field of web development. The aim of the tender is to select a high-performing digital agency that will support TA.SH as a long-term partner in the management and further development of its websites. In addition to reliable technical operation and ongoing management, a particular focus is on the user-centred redevelopment of the tourism B2C presence www.sh-tourismus.de and a relaunch of the website by autumn 2027 at the latest. The current B2B website (www.sh-business.de) will be partially transferred to the knowledge platform (www.touhuus.sh) managed by the TA.SH implementation management. The website www.touhuus.sh is explicitly not part of this tender. In the future, the B2B website (www.sh-business.de) will also be completely redesigned and will focus on the TA.SH and its tasks. As part of the collaboration, it is planned to completely redesign the B2C website. In this context, the website should be brought up to the latest standard in the areas of marketing and technology. The target group of the B2C website are guests from within and outside the country. For this purpose, the market-relevant aspects must be taken into account. The future digital agency is to contribute both technical implementation expertise and strategic and conceptual consulting and actively provide impulses for a contemporary user experience, digital accessibility, mobile use and innovative digital services. The development takes place with consideration of the strategic goals of the TA.SH, the requirements of the Schleswig-Holstein Tourism Strategy 2030 and the needs of the defined target groups. The invoicing is based on the actual delivery. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers, without entering into negotiations.
