Greece – Parts and accessories for vehicles and their engines – ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΙΑ ΑΝΤΑΛΛΑΚΤΙΚΩΝ, ΕΛΑΣΤΙΚΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΕΣ ΕΠΙΣΚΕΥΗΣ-ΣΥΝΤΗΡΗΣΗΣ ΟΧΗΜΑΤΩΝ & ΜΗΧ/ΤΩΝ ΕΡΓΟΥ 2026-2027-2028

The subject of the contract is the repair and maintenance works and the supply of all types of spare parts, components and tyres for the vehicles and machinery of the Municipality of Alexandroupolis, for a period of two (2) years or twenty-four (24) months (2026-2027-2028), with an option of up to 50% and the possibility of extension for one year. The spare parts/materials to be used by the contractor must be genuine or of equivalent quality to those according to Regulation (EC) No 1400/2002 (or the amended 461/2010), of the highest quality (not second-hand, not used) and suitable for the vehicle or machinery that is to be used for its maintenance-repair. The sections of the present tender include all kinds of repair and maintenance work, as well as the replacement of worn or damaged parts, in external specialised workshops, including the supply of the necessary spare parts for the vehicles and machinery of the Municipality of Alexandroupolis, for any works that may arise during the present contract for the years 2026-2027, as well as any vehicles-machinery that the Municipality may procure during the period of validity of the contract to be concluded. The Municipality of Alexandroupolis has in its possession vehicles-machinery of various manufacturing plants, including refuse collection vehicles, lorries, machinery, passenger cars, buses, motorcycles, etc. The items to be procured and the maintenance-repair services for vehicles-machinery are classified under the following CPV codes: CPV:34300000-0 with the title «Supply of spare parts (Parts and components for motor vehicles and for their engines)». CPV:50110000-9 with the title «Maintenance and repair services for motor vehicles and related equipment». CPV:34350000-5 with the title «Supply of Tyres (Light and heavy-duty tyres)». CPV:50116500-6 with the title «Repair, fitting and balancing services for tyres». The present contract is divided into six (6) LOTS: LOT 1-«Supply of spare parts and provision of repair-maintenance services for lorries and vehicles over 3.5 T», total budget without VAT 24% -225.806,45- €, VAT 24% -54.193,55- €, total budget with VAT 24% -280.000,00- € and option with VAT 24% -140.000,00- €. LOT 2-«Supply of spare parts and provision of repair-maintenance services for all types of machinery», total budget without VAT 24% -283.467,74- €, VAT 24% -68.032,26- €, total budget with VAT 24% -351.500,00- € and option with VAT 24% -175.750,00- €. LOT 3: «Supply of spare parts and provision of repair-maintenance services for passenger cars, motorcycles and lorries under 3.5 T», total budget without VAT 24% -64.516,13- €, VAT 24% -15.483,87- €, total budget with VAT 24% -80.000,00- € and option with VAT 24% -40.000,00- €. LOT 4: «Supply of materials and components for electrical circuits of vehicles & machinery», total budget without VAT 24% -40.323,39- €, VAT 24% -9.677,61- €, total budget with VAT 24% -50.001,00- € and option with VAT -25.000,0- €. LOT 5: «Supply of tyres for vehicles-machinery & machinery and their fitting», total budget without VAT 24% - 80.645,16- €, VAT 24% -19.354,84- €, total budget with VAT 24% -100.000,00- € and option with VAT 24% -50.000,00- €. LOT 6: «Repair works for tyres of vehicles & machinery», total budget without VAT 24% -38.709,68- €, VAT 24% -9.290,32- €, total budget with VAT 24% -48.000,00- € and option with VAT 24% -24.000,00- €. Any interested economic operator may participate in the procedure by submitting a tender either per LOT, or for all of them, in the total of the content of each LOT. Tenders are submitted for one or more LOTS for the total of the vehicles and the items to be procured and the service. The maximum number of LOTS that can be awarded to a tenderer is set at six (6) LOTS. The estimated value of the contract amounts to -733.468,55- €, without VAT 24%, (estimated value with VAT: € -909.501,00- and VAT: -176.032,45- €). The option right up to 50% amounts to -366.733,87- €, without VAT 24%, (estimated value with VAT: € -454.750,00- and VAT: -88.016,13- €). The general total of the estimated value of the contract amounts to -1.100.202,42- €, without VAT 24%, (estimated value with VAT: € -1.364.251,00- and VAT: -264.048,58- € and relates to the contracts that will arise from the present tender procedure. The amount of the option has been taken into account in the calculation of the estimated value in accordance with and with article 236 of law 4412/16 (article 16 of Directive 201/25/EE) and will be activated to cover the costs that will arise either for the supply of spare parts or for the provision of services for the existing and for the new vehicles of the municipality or for any possible
