The Johannes-Schule is a 5- to 6-track primary school in the Königsdorf district of Frechen. The school has a single-court sports hall, which will be demolished due to structural defects and replaced by a new double-court sports hall. This tender is seeking a contractor for the building design, interior design, and landscape design for the new sports hall. The contract includes basic and special services for phases 1-9 according to § 34 and § 39 HOAI. As part of the services, a functional performance description must be developed, on the basis of which a general contractor for the implementation of the construction measure is to be tendered. When preparing the performance description, it must be ensured that serial construction methods can also be used in the construction. Further details can be found in the tender documents.
