The Gemeinschaftsklinikum Mittelrhein gGmbH operates as a municipal healthcare provider with several hospital locations in northern Rhineland-Palatinate. The hospital network comprises a total of 5 sites and is a central pillar of the regional inpatient care. At the Kemperhof site in Koblenz, the construction of a new maximum care hospital is planned as part of the strategic further development and modernization of the hospital infrastructure. The construction project represents a large project with correspondingly complex risk structures. To secure the risks associated with the construction project, the conclusion of a construction project insurance (in particular construction performance and possibly liability insurance) is planned. In this context, the tendering of specialized brokerage services is taking place, which in particular include the following services: - Consulting on the structuring of the insurance concept - Preparation and compilation of the tender documents for insurance services - Implementation and support of the tendering process - Support in evaluating the offers and in placing the insurance on the market - Ongoing care during the project duration The performance period of the brokerage services to be tendered covers the entire project phase and is 6 years (72 months).
