The non-profit company operates clinics and institutes in the fields of rehabilitation, acute medicine, care, outpatient care, medical supplies retail, as well as teaching and research. The shareholders are the city of Bad Lippspringe (94 % of the shares) and the Verein zur Förderung des MZG (6 % of the shares). The MZG is responsible for conducting the procedure. It is the sole point of contact for candidates/tenderers regarding all questions relating to the procurement procedure. The contracting authorities instruct the contractor, through the published single-supplier framework agreement, to outsource the operation of printers and multifunction devices (document processing devices) to an external service provider: The document processing devices required by the contracting authorities are to be leased and operated on the basis of a full-service agreement. Repairs, maintenance and support services are specified in accordance with the requirements of the performance description (Part B). Which document processing devices are required and what requirements apply can be found in the performance description (Part B), including the specifications of the price list (Annex B.1) and the requirements catalogue (Annex B.2). The contractor provides the contracting authorities with the hardware and software on a rental basis at the conditions specified in the price list for the entire duration of this framework agreement. The aim is to introduce an economical, standardised and high-quality managed print service using current technologies. Document processing devices and configurations are to be standardised. Data protection and IT security of document processing devices and software components must comply with the state of the art; this must be transparently presented and documented to the contracting authorities on a regular basis, even without changes. The contractor is responsible for bringing the entire system into an operational state and ensuring this for the entire duration of this framework agreement (48 months). No contract extension is envisaged. Based on the framework agreement, the contracting authorities can, during its term, place individual orders for the rental of the document processing devices including the respective associated service services (hereinafter each "individual order"). The contracting authorities are entitled to terminate each individual order including the associated service services for the first time at the end of 24 months from the start of the performance specified in the respective individual order. The termination is permissible with a notice period of three (3) months to the end of the month in text form. The termination of an individual order only ends the individual order including the associated service services. The existence of the framework agreement as well as other individual orders remain unaffected by this. The equipment of the individual locations with the contractually agreed printing and multifunction systems is carried out within the framework of a coordinated roll-out process. The roll-out process begins immediately after the award of the contract. For further details, please refer to the procurement documents, in particular the performance description (Part B) and the contract documents (Part C).
