Description
Continuous provision of general and special cleaning tasks at the Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport as follows:
1. Part: Terminal area cleaning
General, alpine and osmosis cleaning services
Implementation according to the frequency specified in the Technical Description:
Pre-plannable, general cleaning areas that require continuous service provision throughout the year:
1. Passenger traffic areas, including parking lots and smoking areas (45330 nm)
2. Passenger traffic restrooms (1642 nm)
3. Office areas (8877 nm)
4. Workshop areas and baggage sorting (8830 nm)
5. Medical facilities (91 nm)
6. Waste storage rooms (108 nm)
7. External areas not directly affecting passenger traffic: staff parking lots and smoking areas, green areas
The requirements of the tenderer, service levels are detailed in the Technical Description. The winning AT is obliged to provide the consumables – e.g. hand sanitiser, hygiene paper – as well as all cleaning agents, tools and machines. AK prescribes the application of the provisions of Government Decree 235/2024. (VIII.8.) 5-6. §. Detailed in the Technical Description. In addition, non-pre-plannable, event-following (cleaning up the consequences of unexpected events that occurred on site) cleaning, as well as extraordinary cleaning tasks carried out based on AK's written order, and scheduled execution of major cleaning tasks. The task also includes the osmosis technique cleaning of the external facade, and in the case of the control tower, facade cleaning using alpine technique. The winning AT is obliged to ensure that the necessary staff is available at the Airport 24 hours a day, with attention to possible event-following or extraordinary cleaning activities. The winning AT must operate a dispatcher service 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, which is reachable by telephone and e-mail. When determining the number of staff, attention must also be paid to ensuring the minimum number of staff as specified in the technical description. To ensure the service level, a separate workforce must be provided for the external areas (courtyard workers), for window cleaning (window cleaners) and for the cleaning of the dining area located in the Skycourt FoodCourt, including the operation of the dishwasher, washing of cutlery, plates and trays. 2. Part: Cleaning of areas outside the terminal
The task includes the regular cleaning of the following areas:
Cleaning of passenger restrooms in the GAT (General Aviation Terminal) building, cleaning of parking lots, pavements and building parts reserved for passenger traffic (300 nm internal and 6790 nm external area)
Cleaning of office, workshop and medical facilities, cleaning of waste storage rooms (25000 nm)
Cleaning of staff parking lots, designated smoking areas, and green areas in the vicinity of T1 (66300 nm)
The winning AT is obliged to ensure that cleaning activities of the required quality and frequency are carried out on all areas, including possible event-following or extraordinary cleaning activities. The most common extraordinary cleaning requirement is usually some event in the T1 area. In the case of events, it is necessary to ensure the ordered pre-, post- and operational cleaning as well. In addition to the daily cleaning activities, it is necessary to schedule the major cleaning of the areas according to the frequency specified in the technical description. The buildings are scattered across the airport area, so the winning AT must have a vehicle that can transport the cleaning tools, consumables and chemicals, and if necessary, the cleaning staff between the sites. The vehicle must have an SRA area entry permit and the driver must have an urban driving license. The winning AT is obliged to ensure that at least 2 operational staff are available on site 24 hours a day, with attention to possible event-following or extraordinary cleaning activities. The winning AT must operate a dispatcher service 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, which is reachable by telephone and e-mail. The winning AT is obliged to provide the consumables – hand sanitiser, hygiene paper – as well as all cleaning agents, tools and machines. AK prescribes the application of Government Decree 235/2024. 5-6. §. 3. Part: Special cleaning tasks
Special cleaning tasks to be provided in the BUD area under a framework agreement, valued at 170,000,000 Ft. The special nature of the task is determined not only by the technology, but also by the location and accessibility of the surfaces to be cleaned. High-altitude work, high-altitude vacuuming above 15 metres and the use of other special equipment - such as a high-pressure washer or steam cutter - may be required to complete the task. Depending on the technology used, the use of a lifting device may be essential. In detail:
- Major cleaning of 3 passenger smoking terraces (total approx. 934 nm area) every six months or every quarter as follows: complete wet mopping of the floor, washing of side walls, washing of seating surfaces and waste bins, complete washing of so-called bus stops, cleaning of glass surfaces inside and out.
- Dry cleaning of perforated, U-profile false ceiling with high-altitude vacuum cleaner over approx. 7800 nm once a year
- Wet cleaning of external flooring (concrete, viacolor) and external chairs, columns once a year, depending on the type of contamination, using a chemical or high-pressure washer or steam cutter over approximately 9000 nm
- Dry and wet cleaning of high-altitude objects (signs, clocks, monitors, cornices, vents, decorations)
All cleaning agents, chemicals, tools, machines, vehicles, etc. required for the cleaning tasks must be provided by the winning AT. Detailed tasks according to the issued Technical Descriptions.
