The subject of the tender is the new construction of a full-day and primary school building in the municipality of Handewitt, SH. The new building is an extension of the site and is located on the property of the Siegfried-Lenz-Schule. Each grade of the primary school will have one of the four "learning houses", each with its own entrance and a spacious cloakroom. The entrance area adjoins the so-called Forum, the central room of each learning house. Four equally sized classrooms adjoin the Forum. They, like the cloakroom, are separated from the Forum by partly large-area glazing. The rooms for the full-day offer, for inclusion, for school social work and for the educational staff are largely assigned to the individual learning houses or, like the general functional areas, are located in the immediate vicinity of the central auditorium.
