The property is located in the district of Steglitz-Zehlendorf, Berlin, in the locality of Lichterfelde on plot 4395 (16,549 m²), plot 1, municipality of Lichterfelde. The primary school is bounded to the south by Haydnstraße and to the west by Undinestraße. In addition to the main building, the school grounds include a three-court sports hall, a garage, and an operations room. The subject matter is the complete specialist planning for the renovation/installation of the elevator system. To make all floors accessible, an elevator is to be retrofitted next to the southern staircase core. The planning and subsequent procurement of the elevator system will be type-open and product-neutral. Floor and door widths meet at least the requirements of DIN 18040-1, and thresholds will be avoided. On the 1st floor, there is a sanitary and nursing room, and at least one barrier-free toilet is located on the ground floor. It is assumed that all technical systems will be completely dismantled down to the point of delivery of the house connection. The heat supply via the existing district heating connection is expected to be retained. The rooms will be heated via radiators in the parapet area. A photovoltaic system is planned for the roof of the school building to partially cover the power requirement. The planning service ELT includes the complete technical provision. This includes the dimensioning of cable routes and space reserves in the main distribution as well as the technical and formal coordination of the interfaces with the municipal utilities of the planned lease model. In the further course of planning, attention must be paid to highly efficient building services. The ventilation concept of the building will be examined in the further course of planning. If mechanical ventilation systems are used, the energy and infrastructure-related development will be part of the scope of the ELT planning. Likewise, the necessary safety lighting, fire alarm and alarm systems as well as a future-proof IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN) must be planned according to the needs and in coordination with the authorities and specialist concepts. The requirements of the technical equipment inspection note - SenStadt VI MI 3 from 08.08.2024 (see attachment) must be observed and form the basis for further planning. In addition, the planning must be carried out in accordance with the respective valid "Guideline for the renovation of schools" and the "Guideline for the new construction of schools" of the State of Berlin (particularly with regard to the technical target equipment). The scope of services includes the basic services of the performance phases 1-9 according to § 53/55 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15 to the HOAI for the system groups: - ALG 4: Electrical systems - ALG 5: Communication, safety and information technology systems - ALG 6: Conveying systems
