North Ostrobothnia Well-being Region (Pohde) establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of the medical diagnostic equipment and supplies described in this invitation to participate and its annexes for Pohde and its cooperation area units in the well-being regions of Kainuu, Central Ostrobothnia, and Lapland. The procuring entity will tender the procurements through separate internal tenders within the DPS, to which suppliers accepted into the system may participate. The procuring entity will accept into the system all candidates who submit a participation application and meet the suitability requirements set for candidates. The procurement procedure for the DPS is described in the annex "DPS Procurement Procedure Description." The following medical diagnostic equipment and supplies can be procured through the dynamic purchasing system: Blood pressure monitor and supplies Laryngoscope and supplies Otoscope and ophthalmoscope and supplies Thermometer and supplies Respiratory examination equipment and supplies Single-use respiratory care device and supplies Stethoscope and supplies Tympanometer and supplies Single-use bronchoscope and supplies Other medical diagnostic equipment and supplies The procuring entity has the right to procure equipment also outside the dynamic purchasing system if necessary, for example, through separate tenders, direct procurements, or based on existing agreements, within the framework of the procurement act. The dynamic purchasing system is valid until 31.1.2032, unless otherwise specified in a separate notice. The use of an electronic auction in internal tenders is possible.
