The contract involves the design, exercise of authorship supervision, and construction of a new building to the existing Revenue Building, located at 4, Freedom Square, in the city of Ruse, UPI I-671, Area 88, CGP, according to the plan of the city of Ruse. The building will be situated in the immediate vicinity of Freedom Square, at the back of the Revenue Building, on a land parcel with identifier 63427.2.5767 according to the Cadastral Map of the city of Ruse, UPI I-671, Area 88, CGP, according to the plan of the city of Ruse, Freedom Square No. 4. The land parcel with identifier 63427.2.5767 according to the Cadastral Map of the city of Ruse has an area of 6,082 sq. m. The new building to the existing Revenue Building will face two streets – one is the main pedestrian street of the city – Alexandrovska Street, and the other is Cherno More Street. The design solution will provide a main pedestrian access from Alexandrovska Street, and a service and utility access from Cherno More Street. The existing access to the underground levels of the car park will be preserved. At the moment, the "Execution of the zero cycle of the object "Theatrical Complex" – Phase III" has been completed. The object started with Building Permit No. 166-A1/09.11.1982, followed by remarks under Article 154, Paragraph 5 of the SPA, Decision for correction of factual error and orders for supplementing the building permit. The object is of Category I according to Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the SPA. The public procurement includes three activities: Activity 1 – design - preparation of an investment technical project; Activity 2 – execution of construction and assembly works, in accordance with the requirements of Article 163 and subsequent of the SPA; Activity 3 – exercise of authorship supervision during construction.
