Framework agreement for the supply, installation and commissioning of a water treatment system for the dialysis service. AZ Turnhout intends to purchase a water treatment system for the dialysis service on the Sint-Jozef campus, to replace the existing system. The procurement dossier includes the supply, installation and connection of the water treatment system, as well as the disposal of the replaced equipment. Furthermore, the purchase is accompanied by the conclusion of a maintenance contract. All necessary tests/validation and legal checks are the responsibility of the tenderer. As part of this framework agreement, in addition to Campus Sint-Jozef, Campus Sint-Elisabeth, CAD Mol, CAD Geel and CAD Hoogstraten are also mentioned as possible delivery locations. This mention is in the event of a future need to replace the water treatment system at one of these locations within the term of this framework agreement. If - and to the extent that - this need arises in fact, an additional water system can be procured via this framework agreement, without any obligation to take delivery. The contracting authority emphasizes that the quantities specified are estimated quantities and are therefore purely indicative.
