The subject of the framework agreement is the awarding of individual sub-contracts for the performance of project and engineering activities for the purpose of processing building passports and processing the Fire Safety Technical Conditions (PBŘ) of buildings owned by the contracting authority or for which the contracting authority has other rights of use, which are located in the territory of the Czech Republic. The processing of the passport and PBŘ mainly involves:

Preparation of the Building Passport in accordance with the Building Act No. 283/2021 Sb., and Decree No. 131/2024 Sb. on Building Documentation. Preparation of the Fire Safety Technical Conditions (PBŘ) of the building in accordance with the valid wording of Act No. 133/1985 Sb., on Fire Protection, as amended by later regulations and the valid wording of Decree No. 246/2001 Sb., Decree on Fire Prevention. Provision of engineering activities for the purpose of issuing a consent statement from the relevant Regional Fire and Rescue Service (ÚO HZS), building authority.
