In the JVA Bielefeld Brackwede, roof surfaces and facades of the main building are dilapidated due to the age of the building. These are now to be renewed. Similarly, numerous ventilation systems are installed in the JVA that no longer meet energy standards and can be replaced as part of the planned roof and facade renovation.
