Supply and implementation of a fully automated Automated Liquid Handling System (pipetting robot) for aliquoting study samples for the Biobank of the Kepler University Hospital as part of a cooperation project with the Johannes-Kepler-Universität, including maintenance and additional services such as project planning and coordination, commissioning of the pipetting robot, integration into the existing IT infrastructure, on-site training and support by an application specialist, and full service. The system must be suitable for processing a wide variety of liquid sample materials (e.g. serum, plasma, whole blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid) and ensure flexible, easily adaptable programming for the parallel processing of several studies with varying protocols. The aliquoting process is to be fully automated. Seamless integration with the existing Biobank Information Management System (BIMS) is mandatory.
