The contracting authorities intend to conduct a joint procurement procedure within the framework of a purchasing cooperation in accordance with Section 4 of the VgV. Each party is independently entitled to call upon the contract; joint and several liability of the parties towards the contractor is excluded. The subject of the procurement procedure is cloud services in the form of procurement, provision and implementation of an integrated planning and consolidation software as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), which maps and supports the central business core processes of the members of the purchasing cooperation.
