The subject of the Public Procurement Contract is the manufacture, delivery, commissioning and handover of new one-way high-capacity trams for operation on the tram network of the Contracting Authority in the city of Plzeň, including all related documentation, licenses, approvals, tests, training and compliance with the Contracting Authority's maintenance facilities. The subject of the Public Procurement Contract includes in particular: - firm delivery of 10 trams; - optional delivery of up to 12 additional trams; - commissioning of each tram, carrying out acceptance tests and delivery of documents necessary for its operation in the Czech Republic; - delivery of technical documentation, in the scope indicated in Annex No. 6 of this tender documentation; - training of the Contracting Authority's employees and persons designated by it (service organization) in the Czech language; - technical support, supply of spare parts and other warranty and post-warranty obligations according to the draft Contract; - ensuring the compatibility of the vehicles with the maintenance facilities of the Slovany depot, or ensuring and financing the necessary modifications to this facility.
