In accordance with the provisions of § 138 and subsequent sections of the law, the contracting authority intends to implement a restricted procedure for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system to ensure the supply of ICT equipment for workplaces. The subject of the individual public contracts to be awarded in the DNS will be the delivery of office ICT equipment, which may also include the assembly and commissioning of the delivered equipment. This is for the internal needs of the contracting authority and also for the purpose of fulfilling the contracting authority's obligations to the customer based on their needs and orders. The customer is understood to be a subject in the position of an orderer vis-à-vis the contracting authority, to whom the contracting authority supplies goods and provides services, particularly in the field of ICT technologies. The contracting authority's customers are primarily state administration bodies, currently particularly the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic.
