Rough construction work for the new construction of an accommodation building. Key services: - Construction power, water connections - Earthworks (approx. 2,500m3 excavation) - Well foundations (approx. 260m3 concrete and well rings approx. 140m (DN 1200-1500) +16.5m (DN 2000) - Reinforced concrete work (approx. 1,210 cbm concrete and 190 t reinforcement) - Precast concrete work with internal stairs and facade elements (approx. 125cbm concrete and 5 t reinforcement) - Masonry work calcium silicate (approx. 2,350 m2) - Waterproofing and insulation work (approx. 1,440 qm XPS insulation, approx. 150m2 PMBC, approx. 60m2 bitumen waterproofing) - Sanitary work (drainage and rainwater main pipes) - Earthing and electrical installation work - Steel construction work (2x steel columns and head plates for stair railings) - Cable safety system (approx. 18m with 4 securants)
