Sweden – Air transport services – Helikoptertrafik Holmöleden 2026-2027

The Swedish Transport Administration, pursuant to Government Decision N2007/3647IR, has been tasked with taking necessary measures to ensure a connection to and from Holmön in Umeå Municipality. The island is served by a state-owned ferry, but under difficult winter conditions, when ice forms or breaks up, the Swedish Transport Administration provides a helicopter solution. With this procurement, the Swedish Transport Administration intends to procure Helicopter Traffic between Umeå and Holmö.
