Poland – Construction supervision services – Usługa nadzoru inwestorskiego nad zadaniami w zakresie małej retencji na potrzeby Nadleśnictwa Jamy

The subject of the contract is the investor supervision service for five tasks in the field of small retention, as listed below:

- Investor supervision service for the task entitled: "Construction of a gate on the main channel of the drainage system called 'Zgniłki' in the Wąkop Forest District"

- Investor supervision service for the task entitled: "Construction of a retention system called 'Ols' in the Wąkop Forest District"

- Investor supervision service for the task entitled: "Construction of a retention system called 'Rurki' in the Wąkop Forest District"

- Investor supervision service for the task entitled: "Construction of a retention system called 'Biedaszek' in the Wąkop Forest District"

- Investor supervision service for the task entitled: "Construction of a retention system to create a wetland area called 'Tania' in the Słup Forest District"

The subject of the contract includes the supervision of the construction works specified in the design and cost documentation, as well as cooperation with the contracting authority to ensure that the contractor carries out these works in accordance with the contracting authority's requirements, including the design and cost documentation, and in accordance with the guidelines of the DNSH, using appropriate material and technology quality, settlement of works based on the contractual costs of their implementation, and completion of the works within the time limit set out in the contract. The predicted scope of the construction works is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
