No deadline given

Description

The municipality of Ohlstadt plans to build a new wastewater treatment plant on the site of the existing one. The site is located directly on the A 95 motorway at Wachtweg 1. The new plant will include an aeration system with aerobic sludge stabilization as the standard process. Existing plant components are to be reused or renovated. Where economically and technically feasible, existing buildings/plant components are to be partially reused or renovated, partially demolished/ dismantled and replaced. The new wastewater treatment plant is to be constructed on the basis of Variant 2 of the concept study dated 06.10.2025, with the construction of the stormwater overflow tank already being implemented. It is intended that the anaerobic sludge stabilization will take place externally at the Murnau wastewater treatment plant. The appointment of the overall planning will take place directly following the negotiation procedure. For the "New construction of the Ohlstadt wastewater treatment plant", services from the service packages of civil engineering structures, structural design, technical equipment and transport facilities will be commissioned in stages. In addition, special services in these service packages will be commissioned. There is no entitlement to the commissioning of all phases. The gross construction costs for the overall construction project of cost groups 100 to 700 are currently estimated at approximately 6.4 million euros. The first stage of the project is to be commissioned by the end of 2026. Completion of the preliminary planning is scheduled for the end of 2027. Commissioning is to take place by the end of 2030 at the latest.
