The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of technical, organisational and legal advisory services in the preparation and conduct of the public procurement procedure for the supply and implementation of a class ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) information system (hereinafter the "ERP System") and in the implementation of this system in the infrastructure of the Contracting Authority, on the terms set out in the Essential Terms of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as IPU, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and its annexes (hereinafter the "Advisory Services").
