Description

Supply of medical equipment and devices for Szpital Specjalistyczny w Zabrzu Sp. z o.o.; Case No. DZP/12 PN/2026. Implementation of the task within the funds from the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026; Task: Area 2. Logistical security and ensuring continuity of supply. The subject of the order has been divided into 3 Parts - Lots, namely: • Lot 1: Endoscopic system for sinus and skull base surgery with electromagnetic navigation x 1 unit. • Lot 2: Operating table x 1 unit. • Lot 3: Pocket ultrasound x 3 units. The detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 3 to SWZ – technical parameters, Price list. • The description of the subject of the order does not require the inclusion of accessibility for disabled persons, no regulations are introduced in the scope of art. 100 para. 1 of the PZP Act. • Whenever in the SWZ, in the part concerning the description of the subject, there is mention of a type/ trade mark, origin, standard, etc., it is assumed that such an indication is accompanied by the phrase "or equivalent". The Buyer shall consider equivalent equipment to be that which has the same or better technical and quality parameters as those described in the SWZ, and its use in no way affects the proper functioning of the assortment in accordance with its intended purpose. • The Buyer, in describing the subject of the order, has specified in detail the Equipment in accordance with its needs. The Buyer, however, also allows for the possibility of submitting equivalent offers with parameters no worse than those specified by the Buyer. If it could be inferred from the description of the subject of the order that the subject of the order was specified by indicating a trade mark, patent or origin, the Buyer understands equivalent solutions to be those which at least meet the requirements specified in the aforementioned annex and are characterised by technical, quality and user parameters no worse than those specified in the description of the subject of the order. The Contractor who offers equivalent solutions described by the Buyer is obliged to attach to the offer a list of all equivalent solutions offered and to prove their equivalence in relation to the solutions described in the annex, indicating the name and position of the description of the subject of the order to which they relate. The description of the equivalent solutions offered should be detailed enough for the Buyer to be able to assess the offer and decide whether the offered solution is equivalent.
