Germany – Heat-transfer station construction work – Brainergy Park Energie GmbH wg. Elektrische Energieversorgung (Los 6) Leittechnik (Los 7)

On the site of the former transmission plant on the outskirts of Jülich and in the immediate vicinity of the FH Aachen campus, a science park and innovative business area with an area of approximately 52 ha is currently being created (hereinafter: "Brainergy Park Jülich"). The AG is tasked with supplying the properties in the Brainergy Park with heat, cold, and energy services. The AG plans to build an energy centre. The energy supply (heat/cold) of the Low-Exergy Network (LE Network) in the Brainergy Park is to be realized through reversible heat pumps, heat/cold storage, electric boilers, and waste heat processes. The LE Network is to be commissioned before the energy centre is completed. The provisional electrical energy supply in construction section 1 has already been awarded. The scope of work here includes the electrification of the transformer stations, the first 7 of a total of 11 heat pumps, and the provisional network pumps and pressure maintenance.
