In the context of the implementation of a central energy heating plant consisting of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal aquifer and 2 gas boilers as backup, Dalkia is launching a consultation to design and implement the Work. It will be broken down into several technical lots. Considering the above, the project owner DALKIA wishes to entrust the successful tenderer with a mission of building design and supervision, within the framework of the works of all the buildings and equipment. The mission includes the phases: General Design Project (PRO), Quantification and costing of works (EXE 1), Assistance for the award of Works Contracts (DMT). Validation of completed works (VISA), Works Execution Management (DET-OPC), Pre-reception Operations (OPR-AOR). The heating plant includes 2 heat pumps with a unit power of 2 000 kW heat at their condenser (ICPE 4735), 2 gas boilers of 11 300 kW and 700 kW (ICPE 2910). The energy centre will have a surface area of approximately 660 m².
