The subject of the procurement procedure is the award of the construction service for the technical building equipment of the new Pavillon D in Wendlingen. A new office building for a maximum of 120 workplaces is being constructed on the existing site of the transmission network operator TransnetBW GmbH, which will meet future requirements for office, workshop, and laboratory space. The employees at the workplaces are engaged in classical administrative tasks (office). In addition, there are temporary tasks in the workshops. However, these are not comparable to tasks in partly producing workshops. Meetings take place at irregular intervals in the designated rooms (e.g. team, project meetings). The meeting rooms are also used for training, instruction, and possibly for seminars. These are internal events for persons based at the site. The scope of the technical building equipment includes the basic supply of the office building with heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary, measuring, control technology, and electrical systems according to the requirements of a standard office building. Workshops. In the electrical and mechanical workshop, nothing is usually produced. The workshops are basically used for the troubleshooting and testing of various plant components.
