The subject of the order are successive deliveries of bakery products and confectionery in 2027 – including unloading in the warehouses of the 32nd Military Economic Department located in military complexes in the area of operation of the 32nd Military Economic Department in Zamość: Zamość, Lublin, Chełm, Hrubieszów in the scope of 4 (four) parts, Case No. ZP/PN/49/2026 PART 1: bakery products and confectionery ul. Wojska Polskiego 2F, 22-400 Zamość PART 2: bakery products and confectionery ul. Zbigniewa Herberta 49, 20-468 Lublin ul. Droga Męczenników Majdanka 70, 20-325 Lublin PART 3: bakery products and confectionery ul. Lubelska 139, 22-100 Chełm PART 4: bakery products and confectionery ul. Dwernickiego 4, 22-500 Hrubieszów DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER The detailed description of the subject of the order in the scope of part no. 1, part no. 2, part no. 3, part no. 4 are: 1) Minimum quality requirements in the scope of part no. 1 – constituting Annex no. 1a to SWZ; 2) Minimum quality requirements in the scope of part no. 2 – constituting Annex no. 1b to SWZ; 3) Minimum quality requirements in the scope of part no. 3 – constituting Annex no. 1c to SWZ; 4) Minimum quality requirements in the scope of part no. 4 – constituting Annex no. 1d to SWZ; NOTICE! The Contracting Authority will present as annexes the minimum quality requirements in relation to part no. 1, 2, 3, 4 packaged in one ZIP file; this ZIP file will be placed on the procurement platform in the "annexes to the procedure" tab as Annex no. 1 to SWZ. The assortment-quantity list for individual delivery points in the scope of part no. 1, part no. 2, part no. 3, part no. 4 is: 1) Assortment-quantity list for individual delivery points in the scope of part no. 1 – constituting Annex no. 2a to SWZ; 2) Assortment-quantity list for individual delivery points in the scope of part no. 2 – constituting Annex no. 2b to SWZ; 3) Assortment-quantity list for individual delivery points in the scope of part no. 3 – constituting Annex no. 2c to SWZ; 4) Assortment-quantity list for individual delivery points in the scope of part no. 4 – constituting Annex no. 2d to SWZ; NOTICE! The Contracting Authority will present as annex the assortment-quantity lists for individual delivery points respectively for part no. 1, 2, 3, 4, packaged in one ZIP file; this ZIP file will be placed on the procurement platform in the "annexes to the procedure" tab as Annex no. 2 to SWZ. DETAILED REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY IN RELATION TO DELIVERY 1. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use, within the framework of the Contract, the right of option (right of option - 100% of the basic order) within the range not exceeding the assortment and quantity contained in the annex, to the contract column “SCOPE OF OPTION RIGHT”. 2. The final quantity of food purchased under the right of option will depend on the current needs of the Contracting Authority and the financial resources available to it. 3. Food purchased under the right of option must meet all the requirements as for the guaranteed order. 4. The Contracting Authority reserves that the part of the order defined as "right of option" is an entitlement, and not an obligation of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority may not use the right of option, in particular in the event of not obtaining financial resources for this purpose, and no claims shall accrue to the Contractor on this account, which the Contractor accepts by signing this contract. 5. The assortment-quantity list for individual warehouses of the 32nd Military Economic Department located in military complexes in the area of operation of the 32nd Military Economic Department in Zamość – delivery points has been presented in Annex no. 2 to SWZ. 6. In the event of the Contracting Authority using the right of option, the Contractor will be entitled to remuneration according to the unit prices as for the guaranteed order. 7. The Contracting Authority guarantees placing orders within the framework of the basic order for the delivery of goods at a level not lower than 30% of the gross value of the Contract, as referred to in § 4 para. 4 of the Contract template - constituting Annex no. 3 to SWZ. The implementation of the Contract in the remaining scope will depend on the actual needs of the recipients resulting from the variable number of persons entitled to food and financial resources allocated for this purpose. 8. No claims for compensation shall accrue to the Contractor on account of the Contracting Authority not placing and not implementing orders at a level higher than 30% of the maximum gross value of the Contract of the basic order. 9. The further, total scope of the right of option has been described in the contract template constituting Annex no. 3 to SWZ - accordingly to the given part.
