Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Attraktivierung des "Haus des Gastes" in Dahme

The subject of the procurement procedure is general planning services for the project "Attractiveness enhancement of the Haus des Gastes" in the municipality of Dahme. The existing building is to be comprehensively renovated, functionally reordered, and technically and energetically modernised. The aim of the measure is to ensure the long-term preservation and enhancement of the Haus des Gastes as the central tourist contact point of the municipality. The measure includes, in particular, the modernisation of the existing building structure, the restoration and functional enhancement of the theatre hall, and the consolidation of the tourism facilities of Tourismus-Service Dahme, which are currently spread across several locations.
