The subject of the public procurement is the provision of energy services with guaranteed results in accordance with §10e paragraph 4 of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended, which includes: Realization "turnkey", i.e. ensuring all supplies, services, assembly, possible construction and earthworks necessary for a complete, flawless and fully functional work; Commissioning of the work, preparation, possible training of operators, ensuring all documents necessary for safe operation (e.g. inspection reports) and that in the amount of [3] copies in printed form and [1] copy in electronic form (in *.pdf format with electronic signature of the processor / authorized person and simultaneously in editable form in the processing format); Performance of energy management for a period of [10] years. Evaluation of achieved savings. Provision of contractual guarantee for achieving the minimum set energy savings.
