Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Rheinland Klinikum Neuss, Vergabe Generalplanung Erweiterungsbau Lukaskrankenhaus

The Rheinland Klinikum Neuss GmbH intends to construct a four-storey extension (basement plus three upper floors) at the Lukaskrankenhaus site in Neuss. The plan is to establish a "Centre for Operative Medicine and Intensive Care" and a "Centre for Family-Oriented Obstetrics and Neonatology" to structurally and functionally strengthen the site as a maximum care provider. The construction project, financed with public funds, with estimated gross construction costs of approximately 107 million EUR (work items 200-500 according to DIN 276), is to be completed by the beginning of October 2031 at the latest. The subject of the procurement are all basic services and selected special services of the service spectra for building and interior design, outdoor facilities, technical equipment, structural design, sheet piling design, deep drainage (water management) design, building physics and operational organisation planning. The basis for further planning are the existing grant application documents. The planning services will be commissioned in stages.
