The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of coffee, tea, sauces, soups, processed spices (contract divided into 3 parts). 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts as follows: 1) Part No. 1: Delivery of coffee and tea; 2) Part No. 2: Delivery of sauces, soups and processed spices; 3) Part No. 3: Delivery of honey. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract in terms of minimum quality requirements is: Annex No. 5 to SWZ. 4. The detailed quantitative specification is defined by: 1) Annex No. 1A to SWZ – for Part No. 1, 2) Annex No. 1B to SWZ – for Part No. 2, 3) Annex No. 1C to SWZ – for Part No. 3, - depending on the part(s) the Contractor will bid for. These annexes are also the tender price calculation forms. 5. The draft contract terms and conditions are also an integral part of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 4 to SWZ).
