The contracting authority intends to construct a new waterworks facility on the property at "Am Wasserwerk 1, 24395 Gelting". According to the current status, the following projects are to be implemented on the property (in a largely concurrent manner): Project 1: Workshop and office building including filter hall for water softening incl. iron and manganese removal from drinking water. Project 2: Drinking water tank (2 water chambers/drinking water tanks with pumping station) with adjoining control building. Project 3: Sedimentation plant. The subject of this procedure is the award of services for technical building equipment (TGA) planning (plant groups 7 and 8) in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI for projects 1 and 3. The tasks of the contractor (AN) shall include, in particular, the following topics: In plant group 7 (cost group 470/477): - in project 1: filter system for water softening incl. iron and manganese removal from drinking water - in project 3: hydraulic equipment for sedimentation tank (cost groups 470 and 460) - for project 1: water supply to the softening and filter system by means of supply from the 3 deep wells (pipes in the outdoor area) - between project 1 and 3: inflow from filter system to sedimentation tank (pipes in the outdoor area) - pumping systems of the 3 deep wells In plant group 8 (cost group 480): - in project 1: MSR (measurement, control and regulation technology) concerning o filter system for water softening incl. iron and manganese removal from drinking water o deep wells Details (including the estimated eligible costs) can be found in the contract draft contained in the tender documents.
