The contract will cover the supply of physical education clothing, up to the maximum quantities indicated below, which are estimated and constitute the maximum limit of the contract, without implying an obligation to consume the total amount by the SGISE:

• Short-sleeved physical education t-shirt: 20,000 units

• Short physical education trousers: 10,000 units

• Long tracksuit trousers for physical education: 4,000 units

• Tracksuit jacket for physical education: 4,000 units

However, the contract includes a minimum mandatory purchase commitment, which the SGISE commits to request and acquire in any case during the validity of the contract, provided that the supplies meet the technical and contractual conditions established. The guaranteed minimum quantities, which are binding and enforceable, are as follows:

• Short-sleeved physical education t-shirt: 10,000 units

• Short physical education trousers: 5,000 units

• Long tracksuit trousers for physical education: 2,000 units

• Tracksuit jacket for physical education: 2,000 units
